Ingredients

Filling

250g minced meat

1 small onion

1 clove of garlic

2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper


Dough

250ml water

1 egg

2 cups of flour ( or more )

2 tsp salt

Directions

For dough:
Combine water, egg, flour, and salt to make dough in a bowl.
Knead the dough. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

For the filing:
Dice the onion very small. ( or use cabbage )
Dice the garlic very small too.

Spread dough out very thin.
Flour mold, put dough on top.
Put filling in the mold.
Put another layer, spread over.

Put boiling water + salt on the stove.
Drop pelmeni in and when it floats it is done.
About 7 minutes.

Top with sour cream.
